Beetroot & Spinach Smoothie
Beetroot & spinach smoothie! This morning beetroot & spinach smoothie was on the menu. Two super foods. It cannot get any healthier than that. My husbands first analysis was, it taste good. Digging a little bit deeper: He then says, it taste healthy. What he means is, you can taste the vegetables, therefore it taste healthy. It is not sweet like a fruit smoothie. But it is refreshing with a discreet sweetness from the apple & pear juice, therefore his first analysis, it taste good. And it does taste good in a refreshing tasty way. Not dessert sweet like my sons banana & strawberry smoothie. But nice and refreshing. In a make you feel good way. And you know you are doing something good for your body.
