Green juice with spinach

Green juice with spinach. I make this sometimes if I am thirsty and want something that quenches my thirst. At the same time it is healthy. Full of nutrients. Sometimes a juice just satisfies your thirst more than a smoothie. This particular one is very refreshing. The taste is tangy and fresh.

What to do:

Ingredients: (makes 1 12 oz serving):

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 3 apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 inch of ginger

Wash the spinach. Wash apples and peel if necessary (if not organic). Peel the lemon. Next, juice all the ingredients. Start with the spinach. You can bunch it up into a ball and add to the juice. Next the ginger. Then the lemon and last the apples.
